We are located in the city of Saginaw on the corner of South Washington and Atwater.

PCMI offers pain consultation services to patients on a referral basis. These services specialize in Spinal Diagnostics and Inter-ventional Pain Medicine.

Our Mission:

"Our goal is to see if we can get the patients off their medications by doing minimally invasive procedures that minimize their pain". Dr. Madala opened Pain Consultants of Michigan 2 years ago at 1119 Washington Ave. in Saginaw, after practicing medicine at St. Mary's of Michigan for 17 years. Dr. Madala is board certified in pain medicine and is Diplomat of American Board of Interventional Pain physicians.
